Week 1
Scope of Work: Major Remodel - Demo old deck and excavate ground level 18 inches. Construct multi purpose room, bathroom, main entrance, elevator shaft, and stairwell. Lower front landing 18 inches. Build new landing outside media room. Extend living room 6 feet. Raise ceiling height of living room, kitchen, and dining room to maximize view of the ocean. Continue elevator shaft and stairwell. Construct waterproof deck over multi purpose room. Maximize roof area for entertaining. Enclose with a glass wall. Rework garage roof for two new stair locations. Enclose with a glass wall. At upper floor, complete elevator shaft and stairwell. Construct office with waterproof deck above and enclose with a glass wall.
